Rainbow Flakie Comparison (Twisted, Festival, Unicorn Puke)

A few weeks ago, I saw that Llarowe was carrying a new rainbow flakie polish, Festival. I had one of those impulsive "I NEED THIS" feelings and I purchased it despite the $16 price tag. Of course, shortly after that, I found out about the new Finger Paints flakies. Well, I got my hands on the Finger Paints flakies right before Christmas and I decided to do a side by side to compare the rainbow flakies that I have. First, Twisted on my index finger, next Festival, on my middle finger, and lastly, Unicorn Puke/Clairvoyant on my ring finger. These have all been swatched over black for comparison.

Cult Nails Unicorn Puke/Clairvoyant

 Twisted, Festival, Unicorn Puke

 As you can see, Unicorn Puke/Clairvoyant is definitely the most densely packed out of all three. Festival was the least packed, with Twisted somewhere in the middle. Unicorn Puke seems to also have more different sized flakes making it a nice coverage.

 Next, I added a second coat to both the Twisted on my index finger and Festival on my middle finger to see how much more packed with flakes they got.

I decided to mattify the flakies using China Glaze Matte Magic to make the flakies a little more camera friendly, reducing the glare and allowing better pictures for comparison purposes.

 Again, 2 coats of Twisted and Festival, 1 coat Unicorn Puke

Twisted is now definitely closer densely packed like Unicorn Puke, but now you can definitely see the flake color difference. Twisted really seems to be a rainbow flakie, doesn't seem like one color is standing out more than the other, whereas Unicorn Puke seems to be showing more orange than anything else, in these pictures at least.
