China Glaze Heli-Yum

I used this polish as a base for today's mani that I uploaded on youtube and I can't believe I haven't worn this before! Technically it's still Wednesday so it fits! Its really rich and creamy and it showed me exactly why even though a glitter bomb will catch my eye I have a deep love for cremes.

China Glaze First Class Ticket & Kleancolor Holo Chrome

China Glaze and Kleancolor seem to be making a good team for me lately no?
This was requested by a friend on facebook (feel free to look for me by searching dandy.nails@yahoo.com)
who wanted to see a swatch of Kleancolor's Holo Chrome. So I started with that, ended up layering of course. The end result was BEAUTIFUL, I absolutely fell in love, a definite redo for the future.

The beautiful end result:
Before that I decided to try Holo Chrome on it's own. It's a very sheer color so if it's going to be used on it's own it's definitely at least a 3 coater. Coat 1:
 Coat 2:
 Coat 3:
 3 Coats
At that point I wondered what it would look like layered over another color. I picked out the lovely shimmery dark purple that is First Class Ticket by China Glaze. I can't believe I haven't worn this before!

Now for the magic...just 1 coat of Holo Chrome over it.
I wish the camera would do this justice! It's amazing!
 Blurred to show holo
Thumb: 3 coats Holo Chrome        Rest: 2 coats First Class Ticket & 1 Coat Holo Chrome

China Glaze Atelier Tulle & Kleancolor Chunky Holo Candy

I'm alive!!!!! I'm terribly sorry that I've been gone for so long. I feel terribly about it! With the giveaway followed by rl work and such the time just flew by. Any who, I'm back now and I hope to not to that again! For today's mani I decided to team up China Glaze's Atelier Tulle & Kleancolor's Chunky holo candy. The end result was kind of neat! Atelier Tulle is a very vivid coral color, more on the pink side of color. It's quite nice! Adding Chunky Holo Candy definitely changed the look. I only wish I could have captured it better on cam!!! Unfortunately I couldn't catch the yellow/orange effect the glitter has in Chunky Holo Candy. It was really neat and kept changing in color! Here are the pics!
