Burst Crackle

Not many people have heard of Burst Crackle but ever since I tried it for the first time I have absolutely loved it. It quickly became my favorite crackle polish over China Glaze, OPI, Mia Secret, etc. Anywho, I decided to show everyone the awesomeness of Burst. So enjoy!!!

3D Nail Art

I haven't done this in forever but I felt like doing something different tonight. I took out my old acrylic kit and found my 3d acrylic powder and decided to have some simple fun. I really liked the end result!

Well that was fast!

My manis never last long, the whole time I have them all I'm thinking about is what to do next or what I can do to change the one I have one. This is the perfect example. I LOVED yesterday's nails, but I just get to antsy so I went to my "nail station" (I love saying that!) and I came up with this :)

Matte Love

So yesterday I got my hands on Essie's "Matte About You" and I've been dying to try it since then. I started off with 2 coats of China Glaze's "Aqua Baby" and let me tell you, I almost didn't want to do any changes at all!

 Just look at the gorgeous shine on this color!

 But alas, I was determined to do a matte manicure so I went ahead and added a coat 

of "Matte About You" and voila! Simply gorgeous!

 Extremely happy with the way this turned out, I think I might go back to Ulta and get myself another bottle!

A hello, welcome, and more!

Hello everyone. So when I got the idea of doing youtube vids and picked dandynails as the name I, out of impulse, came to blogger and made sure the same name was available here just in case I decided to blog as well. So, I have come to discover that I miss simple swatching and konad-ing. Every time I do my nails now, it's for a video, so obviously I'm not going to post a video tutorial about something that really doesn't need to be explained; aaaand that's where this comes in! I've deemed this my simple lovely nails area. Where I can post either color swatches, simple manis, or even a repetitive mani that I may have already posted a video of but I simply want to do again in a different color or whatever. Any who! I am doing this simply because this has become my passion if not my obsession really. Is there such a thing as nail polish addicts anonymous minus the anonymous? If there is let me know because in the last I'd say maybe 4 months (no joke) my nail polish collection has grown from about 10 polishes to about 250 (wow that sounds crazier when I type it out). So yeah, thank you for reading and welcome to my little blog where you should expect polish, polish and more polish with the exceptional doggy and maybe even hubby.
