Nails Inc. Magnetic Polish

So I went to Sephora a few weeks ago looking for the magnetic polish I knew they were releasing but I was bummed when I didn't find it. Well, I went back today and it was there! I was so ecstatic to have found it and when I saw that there were 2 pretty colors to choose from I grabbed them both. THEN I saw that they were $16 each and I quickly decided I was only to get one so I went with the purple of course!

Anyway, I've heard about these for a bit but I've never seen them in person, although I do occasionally shop online I'm more of an in store shopper which is why I haven't gotten one of these babies until now.

The bottle holds .33oz which is fairly small compared to OPI, China Glaze, etc at .5oz and only just a tad bigger than China Glaze minis which hold .325.

The instructions state to apply 1 coat, let dry, then apply a second coat and immediately begin using the magnet. I did as the instructions said on 4 of my nails and just did 1 coat and immediate magnet for my thumb. Here are the results!

I didn't notice very much if any difference between doing it as instructions say and just doing the 1 coat, the polish itself is very thick and pigmented so 1 coat covered quite well.

Overall, I like the way my nails look and I think it's a really neat and interesting concept, but at $16 this might be the only one I get :)

Here's my YT review if you'd like to see me trying it for the first time on camera.
