The wonderful Jacki at Adventures In Acetone did this look and I fell in love. I didn't have a matte red so I used China Glaze Salsa and Essie's Matte About You over it, followed by white tips dipped in flocking powder from Michaels.
While I never really cared for the look, I just had to try the fuzzy nail look. This was done using flocking powder I got from Michaels.
